Full-cycle FF&E procurement for The Lighthouse's Brooklyn campus opening, overseeing a mix of buyout, bespoke production, and vintage sourcing across a multi-space, design-forward environment. Scope included end-to-end custom production including drapery and upholstery fabrication; alongside hands-on overseas factory design support, development calendar buildout, budget ownership, value engineering, financial oversight. Managed furnishings restoration, off-site receiving, inventory tracking and coordination, and on-site room placement; ensuring element synchronicity from acquisition through final installation. A dynamic, layered interior materialized through disciplined logistics and considered sourcing.
